Overview

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a US Export Controls Subject Matter Expert to manage the Pall Industrial export compliance program globally. The role reports to the Director, Global Trade Compliance and is on-site in New Port Richey, Florida. Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert to provide guidance on export strategy, compliance, and activities related to US export controls including EAR and ITAR. Advise the Trade Compliance global team, Operations, Business Units, Sales staff and site GMs on business-critical export compliance matters. Provide global export control oversight at Pall sites. Serve as a business partner to enable long-range strategic decisions (e.g., manufacturing and R&D footprint, OEM partnerships, product branding and launching, and mergers & acquisitions). Partner with other trade compliance leads, Supply-Chain and Manufacturing to evaluate products and determine ECCNs and licensing requirements. Work with site leaders to ensure robust internal controls related to EAR and ITAR are integrated into operational processes and procedures. Analyze and interpret requirements for compliance regarding: Export Administration Regulations (EAR) of the U.S. BIS U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) of the U.S. Department of State Draft and submit technical assistance agreements (TAA), manufacturing license agreements (MLA), and all US export license applications. Develop and provide export compliance training to key business functions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a trade or compliance field preferred with 8+ years of senior experience in export compliance, with a focus on ITAR U.S. Citizenship required Deep knowledge of U.S. export regulations including ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and related agencies Experience with identifying export classifications and submitting export license applications Strong executive presence and ability to advise business leaders on trade and compliance issues Preferred experience

Ability to explain complex export compliance concepts to business partners and handle Q&A Risk analysis capabilities with intellectual and professional rigor Experience with investigations Pall Corporation offers comprehensive benefit programs.
