Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience

Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and evenings

L&D RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a busy Labor & Delivery unit

Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum

Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries and medical procedures

Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn health
