Rotating 8-hour day/evening shifts (flexible scheduling)

Estimated Weekly Pay:

$2,390 - $2,570 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience

BLS certification (AHA) required

Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and evenings

Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

L&D RN Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a busy Labor & Delivery unit

Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum

Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries and medical procedures

Administer medications, IVs, and interventions as ordered

Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn health

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards
