Lead Account Executive at HeartCentrix Solutions
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies including Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows.
Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
Build and enhance integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment of applications.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for Salesforce solutions.
Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and leverage new features where appropriate.
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows).
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud; CPQ experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.
Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and data migration strategies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience with additional Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Exposure to Salesforce DevOps practices using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, Einstein AI, or advanced security features.
Hands-on experience with large data volume handling and performance tuning.
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
