As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will work with existing Schwab clients, providing wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you’ll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and client referrals. If you currently have your securities license, enjoy working in a team setting, and share our passion for serving clients, this role is for you. Responsibilities

Provide wealth management and financial planning guidance to existing Schwab clients. Expand client relationships and practice through asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with Schwab specialists and leverage Schwab advice guidelines to help clients progress toward their goals. Qualifications

Required Qualifications A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job. Preferred Qualifications Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen client relationships by applying a focused client communication strategy and exceeding client expectations. Ability to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, knowledge of the markets, and the ability to inspire action to help clients progress toward their goals. Openness to manage wealth on behalf of clients including: Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Ability to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve Passion for community engagement to discuss market conditions, investing principles, and wealth strategies with clients Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience and to further your professional development in Wealth Management In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities. Investment Professionals' Compensation | Charles Schwab Pursuant to SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the NMLS registry system and remain in good standing.
