Our client, a global organization, is undertaking a major HR transformation initiative to migrate employee records and reporting systems across regions onto a proprietary AI-driven platform. This two-year program is designed to unify processes, enhance data integrity, and deliver advanced workforce insights worldwide.
They are seeking a
Senior Administrator – Automation & Transformation
to oversee both the technical system administration and the project management operations required for success. Reporting directly to the Global CFO, this high-visibility role will ensure the platform’s AI-driven automation is fully leveraged while coordinating with stakeholders across regions to achieve a seamless transition.
Responsibilities
Administer the new AI-powered HR platform, ensuring uptime, compliance, and functionality
Configure and optimize automation workflows for reporting, approvals, and workforce analytics
Act as central liaison with the Global CFO, HR leadership, IT, Finance, Legal, and regional units
Manage governance, compliance protocols, and system change requests
Oversee data accuracy, security, and integrity during global migration
Build and maintain executive dashboards and real-time reporting tools
Drive stakeholder alignment through updates, communication, and issue resolution
Lead change management, training, and user adoption strategies for global rollout
Identify opportunities to expand automation/AI capabilities beyond HR to improve efficiency
Champion continuous process improvement and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or related field; advanced degree preferred
8–12 years’ experience in enterprise systems administration, automation, and/or HR tech transformation
Proven success with large-scale, global implementations or migrations
Strong knowledge of AI-driven platforms, automation tools, data governance, and SaaS systems
Program management experience with cross-functional/global teams
Excellent organizational and executive communication skills
