Overview
The Christopher Group, Agile HR Business Solutions is seeking an adaptable and hands-on HR Generalist to support the build-out and modernization of a client\'s HR function. This contract-to-hire opportunity could start immediately. The role will lead and support several critical projects including HR automation, data migration into ADP, and transitioning the Leave of Absence (LOA) process in-house. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing project execution with core HR responsibilities—particularly in employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $75.00/hr Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR leadership to design, implement, and manage key HR projects and process improvements. Support the transition of HR data and employee records into ADP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. Lead the internalization of the Leave of Absence (LOA) program—developing procedures, tools, and employee communication strategies. Provide day-to-day support on employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management guidance. Assist with policy development, documentation, and compliance initiatives. Support HR reporting and analytics to track progress of ongoing initiatives. Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent HR service delivery and process alignment. Participate in other HR activities including onboarding, benefits coordination, and employee engagement efforts. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of progressive HR experience with a generalist or HR operations focus. Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities. Experience with HR systems—ADP strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage employee relations with professionalism and discretion. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidate
