Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Tax Associate in Burlington County, NJ. In this hybrid role with our client, you will manage the preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, support planning and compliance, and serve as a trusted client advisor. You will also mentor junior staff, conduct research, and ensure filings comply with federal, state, and local regulations. $80,000 – $100,000/year + bonus Location:

Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Tax Preparation & Review:
Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns with accuracy and efficiency. Tax Planning & Compliance:
Develop strategies to minimize liabilities, research complex tax issues, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Client Advisory:
Build strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, and deliver proactive tax guidance. Audit Support:
Assist with IRS and state audits by preparing and organizing supporting documentation. Staff Development:
Mentor junior staff by reviewing work, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Certification:
Active CPA required. Experience:
3+ years of progressive tax experience in a public accounting firm required. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax preparation software (e.g., CCH, ProSystem fx, or similar platforms). Industry Knowledge:
Solid understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations, with experience across individual and business tax filings. Skills & Attributes:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines. Application notice
