AUSTERE is a new-age creative + marketing agency serving the music, fashion, lifestyle + tech industries. Our clients range from some of the most dynamic artists and brands in the world. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our marketing team with all of our music (artist) client projects. We are looking for someone who has worked with musicians and music projects. This role will specifically work directly on music release campaigns and on artists in every genre. This role is centered around overseeing and developing complete social media strategy, ideation, analytics and copywriting for our clients alongside the day-to-day posting and community management. Strategy development for content calendars each month ("ideation") Come up with conceptual narratives around song releases alongside culture-content type ideas for viral potential. Day-to-day operation, scheduling and posting of our client's social platforms, their content and performance. Identify TikTok and Reels trends and insights, and create content ideas based on those insights. Community management/fan engagement on client socials. Presenting reports and presentations to clients on Zoom calls. Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign performances Staying current with and assess industry and social media trends, tools, platforms, innovations, and best practices. Required Experience
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Social Media Management Preferred Experience
Software Used: Asana, Sprout Social, Later, Google Suite, Dropbox How we work
Completely virtual Work on your own schedule but be flexible for a weekly Monday meeting, monthly brainstorming calls per project during CST work hours and slack convos during regular working hours.
