As an Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs. You will confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. You will systematically track your territory progress, communicate wins with your Sales Representatives, and strive to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you will use your product knowledge to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff on proper use and maintenance. You take pride in providing excellent service and are prepared to assist customers whenever needed. As an Associate Representative, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment and find purpose in selling Stryker products that improve healthcare.
What you need
Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B experience is preferred Travel
Approximately 40% overnight travel Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile Physical requirements
Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with the ability to grasp and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability and memory retention Mental requirements
Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise Time, project, stress and conflict management Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Ability to bring tasks to completion with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records Ability to communicate/present to large groups Unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive environment Stryker will provide
In-house product training program Field sales training Salary: $80,500 and eligible for bonus + benefits Benefits
