Data Architect
at Purpose Financial, you\'ll design, implement, and optimize our data infrastructure across cloud environments. You\'ll help transform how we leverage data to drive innovation, enhance decision-making, and deliver value to our customers. This role contributes to an organization that has served millions of customers for over 25 years. What You’ll Do
Design and optimize data models, databases, data warehouses, and data lakes that power our business insights Support our strategic vision for data architecture, aligning with company objectives Define architecture standards and best practices to ensure data integrity and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business requirements Architect data integration solutions, ETL pipelines, and governance frameworks Design and implement master data management strategies and quality management processes Evaluate and recommend data technologies to optimize performance and scalability Partner with data engineering teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in data architecture, database design, and data management Experience with data modeling, database technologies, and ingestion frameworks Hands-on experience with NoSQL, Kafka, middleware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake) Ability to design high-performance, resilient data architectures for complex environments Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments Technical knowledge of data quality standards, governance, and design Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field Cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) What We Offer
