Position Summary The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring molding machines are properly supplied with the correct resin and materials. This role supports the molding process by cleaning hoppers, grinders, and ensuring material changes are completed efficiently and accurately in coordination with process technicians.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Review material controller settings at the start of each shift to verify accuracy. Perform regular rounds to each press to inspect grinders and ensure proper operation and capacity. Clean hoppers, vacuum loaders, and grinders; install new material and calibrate color feeders for presses requiring material or color changes. Clean presses and surrounding areas after material or color changes to prevent contamination and ensure cleanliness. Return unused material or color to designated storage locations. Replace gaylords on the mezzanine as needed; break down and store empty gaylords. Remove full parts and regrind scrap gaylords; replace with empties as necessary. Maintain good housekeeping practices and follow environmental protection procedures to minimize pollution or other negative impacts. Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills. Ability to read and write in English. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience using hand tools. Forklift operation experience. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

Pay Details:

$20.25 per hour
