What You’ll Do

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for desktop and enterprise-level support across multiple locations. You’ll tackle escalated service requests and large-scale workstation deployments, ensuring seamless tech experiences for internal teams. Your Responsibilities Will Include

Providing second and third-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, projectors, and video conferencing systems. Delivering remote and desk-side support for escalated incidents and service requests. Participating in mass workstation deployments, migrations, and hardware refreshes. Creating and maintaining knowledgebase documentation. Supporting asset management procedures and backup coverage for the IT Service Desk. What You Bring

3–5 years of desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with both Windows and Mac operating systems. Hands-on experience with mass workstation deployments and migrations. Strong communication skills and a knack for juggling multiple issues with precision. Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally and 20lbs regularly. Willingness to respond to after-hours support emergencies via on-call pager system. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Office 365 support experience. A+ or N+ Certification. MCP (Windows 7), MCSA (Windows 10), or ITIL v3/v4 Foundations. Certified Desktop Support Analyst (HDI). Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Why This Role Rocks

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
