Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT)
. This role is ideal for an A&P licensed professional with substantial experience on
Raytheon and Cessna Citation product lines
, along with other business jet and turboprop platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, safety, and performance across multiple aircraft types while mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused culture. Mission The Senior AMT will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and documenting maintenance and alterations in accordance with
14 CFR regulations

Qualifications Education & ***** High school diploma or equivalent Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred but not required Factory training on Raytheon and Cessna Citation aircraft preferred ***** 8+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including significant hands-on work with Raytheon and Citation models Strong working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 145 regulations Technical & Interpersonal ***** Proficiency with digital maintenance tracking platforms Clear communication and team collaboration skills Strong decision-making, accountability, and follow-through abilities Commitment to safety, mentoring, and fostering a professional hangar culture Compensation & Benefits *****
