TAG powers five consumer-facing brands with centralized business support services to deliver high-quality experiences at scale. Role: Director, L&D, Practice Performance Sales. The Director of Practice Performance Sales is a key leader within the Learning & Development (L&D) team, responsible for designing and executing learning strategies that elevate sales capability and drive business performance across Aspen Dental. This role reports to the Vice President of L&D and partners with Sales Enablement, Operations, HR, and senior business leaders to deliver impactful learning programs that equip consult team members, sales and field leaders, sales coaches, and other team members with the skills and confidence to succeed. This leader combines expertise in sales learning and development with strong business acumen and the ability to influence across a complex, fast-paced organization. The role requires both strategic vision and a hands-on approach - building solutions, leveraging data to demonstrate impact, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Responsibilities

Strategy & Design: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy for Practice Performance Sales, aligned to business goals. Partner with Sales Enablement, HR, Operations, and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and build targeted solutions. Ensure learning programs are integrated across audiences, including sales and field leaders, consult team members, operations and clinical partners where relevant. Program Delivery & Culture: Design and deliver a suite of programs, tools, and resources – including classroom, digital, experiential, and coaching solutions – that drive sales performance. Champion a culture of learning and development that builds confidence, consistency, and measurable business outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering growth and high performance. Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate programs for business impact and alignment with organizational needs. Leverage data and analytics to measure success, identify trends, and continuously improve the learner experience. Share insights and recommendations with senior leaders to inform strategy. Collaboration & Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing decisions with learning expertise. Partner across functions to align programs with enterprise initiatives and contribute beyond sales development when needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of progressive L&D experience in a fast-paced, distributed organization. 5+ years of leadership experience, developing and leading high-performing L&D teams. Proven success designing and implementing sales learning strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory, digital learning, micro-learning, and blended learning strategies. Strong business insight and ability to link learning initiatives to financial and operational results. Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. Experience in healthcare, dental support organizations (DSOs), or similar industries strongly preferred. Ability to travel as needed.
