Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Lead and coach Sales and F&I Managers to exceed performance expectations
Drive sales volume and customer satisfaction across new and used departments
Forecast and achieve monthly/annual sales goals
Recruit, hire, train, and develop top-tier sales talent
Collaborate with the General Manager on marketing strategy and promotions
Manage inventory, digital presence, and customer engagement
Ensure compliance and excellence in all sales processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Leadership experience in larger volume stores or current GM of a smaller store
Proven success in Sales & F&I roles
Strong coaching and mentoring ability
High integrity and a growth mindset
Premium brand in a state-of-the-art facility

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $175,000-$230,000
