Overview
Location: Anywhere in Country. EY offers a technology consulting role within EY’s SAP practice, focusing on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The opportunity involves interacting with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering system architecture solutions. This role is part of EY’s Technology Consulting sub-service line with emphasis on delivering transformative SAP solutions to improve logistics operations and operational efficiency. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead and deliver complex SAP initiatives, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure, and collaborating with client teams and technical specialists. Responsibilities
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects and workstreams, ensuring effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Perform configuration of SAP EWM and other related SAP modules. Design custom RICEF solutions and document functional specifications. Perform testing of solutions. Support development and delivery of training materials. Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen. Deliver consistently high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience working with SAP EWM. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Proficiency in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Ability to negotiate and influence positively. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP EWM. Hands-on SAP system configuration experience. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts. Experience writing and delivering training materials for end users. Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing facilities. What We Look For
