Our client, a commercial real estate firm in Chicago, is seeking an
Assistant Property Manager
to oversee a commercial property. This is a Contract-To-Hire role focused on operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction, in collaboration with senior leadership. What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional tenant service Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts Oversee rent collection, lease compliance, and tenant requests Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and capital improvements Partner with leadership on strategies to improve efficiency and control costs What We're Looking For
2+ years of commercial property management experience required Strong financial and budgeting skills preferred Proficiency with Yardi or similar software Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Why Join / Benefits
