Property Manager
to oversee a commercial property. This is a hands-on role where you\'ll drive operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction while working closely with senior leadership. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr What You\'ll Do
Lead day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional tenant service Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts Oversee rent collection, lease compliance, and tenant requests Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and capital improvements Partner with leadership on strategies to improve efficiency and control costs What We\'re Looking For
2-3+ years of commercial property management experience required Strong financial and budgeting skills preferred Proficiency with Yardi or similar software Bachelor\'s degree preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Why Join
