Overview
The Program/Contract Manager has full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters related to daily operations. This role oversees all contract sections, ensures staffing and training adequacy, manages administrative functions, and serves as the primary liaison with the government. Availability is required during regular business hours (0745-1645) and after hours for emergencies.
Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and oversight of contract execution.
Manage contract staffing, training, and performance to meet deliverables.
Serve as primary point of contact with government representatives.
Establish priorities, track performance metrics, and support training on new technologies.
Oversee administrative, reporting, and compliance functions.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years of experience.
IAT Level II certification (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) and CE/OS certification.
PMP certification (required).
Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract.
Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands: The job requires light work with occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds or more, and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support is expected for this position.
