Overview
Program/Contract Manager with Security Clearance. The Program/Contract Manager has full authority to act for the contractor on contract matters related to daily operations. This role oversees all contract sections, ensures staffing and training adequacy, manages administrative functions, and serves as the primary liaison with the government. Availability is required during regular business hours and after hours for emergencies. Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and oversight of contract execution. Manage contract staffing, training, and performance to meet deliverables. Serve as primary point of contact with government representatives. Establish priorities, track performance metrics, and support training on new technologies. Oversee administrative, reporting, and compliance functions. Qualifications
BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years of experience. IAT Level II certification (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) and CE/OS certification. PMP certification (required). Work Authorization and Security Clearance
Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract. May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship. Work Environment and Physical Demands
Office environment; standard office equipment used. Position generally requires light work with occasional lifting up to 30 pounds or more, carrying supplies and equipment. Varying amounts of sitting, standing, and walking; ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Excellent English communication skills are essential. Indoor work setting with potential for remote or on-site requirements as needed. Travel
