KPMG is seeking a Director, Tech Enablement Strategy to join our Global Business Services organization. The role focuses on shaping the future state of technology enablement and intelligent operations across GBS, building and executing a strategic roadmap to modernize digital tools and internal genAI use cases, and ensuring automation and AI adoption across the function. Responsibilities

Apply comprehensive knowledge of technology and systems to shape the future state organization by developing and deploying the technology enablement and intelligent operations strategy; build and execute a strategic roadmap to modernize GBS's digital tools and internal genAI use cases, ensuring that all aspects of GBS leverage automation and generative AI. Provide direction throughout deployment of the strategic roadmap, including gathering requirements, building deployment roadmaps, overseeing go-lives, and identifying and prioritizing enhancements; act in a leadership capacity for multiple complex and critical processes, programs and projects; exercise discretion and independent judgment for high-complexity decisions. Lead internationally located development teams to ensure alignment on solution designs, timelines, and quality expectations; facilitate conflict resolution and identify process improvements; contribute to innovation through enhancements to processes, materials, and tools that create client value and efficiency; lead reviews of internal processes to identify AI-driven solutions and prioritize their implementation. Strategically interact with delivery centers and other innovation teams to learn best practices, leverage existing solutions, and stay abreast of emerging technology innovations; foster continuous learning and collaboration across teams. Collaborate with groups across KPMG to identify client zero opportunities and support deployment; develop case studies and materials that showcase GBS innovations; support leadership in external presentations and events. Provide active coaching, mentoring and knowledge-sharing with junior staff; manage and review team members' work products. Contribute to short-term planning for projects and processes; construct annual deployment plans for resources; potential people management responsibility for a mid-sized to small team of professionals. Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold a respectful work environment. Qualifications

Minimum ten years of recent experience in automation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise technology implementations, or more than five years in consulting and complex transformation projects leveraging automation and AI, preferably in a Fortune 500 setting; experience in technology and innovation within consulting or GBS environments; prior leadership of technology implementation, automation and AI initiatives. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master's degree preferred. Hands-on, accountable management style with ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and make concrete decisions impacting the organization and firm. Proven ability to work effectively with global teams across diverse regions; experience with captive environments, outsourcing, and consulting or BPO services. Strong project and program management skills with the ability to assess risk, benefit and complexity; expertise in organizational change and effective stakeholder communication; ability to innovate and drive technology and process solutions that support growth and efficiency. Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills; ability to lead and motivate others toward organizational goals and allocate resources efficiently. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future. No visa sponsorship is available for this role. Compensation and Benefits

California salary range: $155,000 - $311,000. Other locations may have different ranges. KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health, retirement, and well-being benefits. Salary ranges may be posted for transparency in certain locations. Equal Opportunity
