IT Infrastructure and Communications Analyst III
Job Summary: The mission of the IT Infrastructure & Communications Analyst III is to maintain and optimize the company's core IT infrastructure, network architecture, and communication systems. This role is a relevant escalation point for infrastructure-related incidents and leads complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and infrastructure improvement initiatives. Operating under the IT Operations area, the scope of the role is to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security of all corporate systems and network services.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Network Operations
Maintain and support core IT infrastructure including servers (physical & virtual), storage systems, LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, firewalls, and communication tools
Administer and optimize systems on-premises and in hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi and VoIP systems
Execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
Monitor and ensure compliance with infrastructure security and performance standards
Incident, Problem & Change Management
Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for infrastructure and communications-related issues
Lead root cause analysis, system performance diagnostics, and advanced troubleshooting
Contribute to and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
Plan and execute changes in accordance with ITIL-based processes
Proactively identify and remediate risks in infrastructure and network designs
Project & Continuous Improvement
Participate in or lead IT infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, migrations, cloud adoption, or security enhancements
Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevOps, and application development teams to support infrastructure needs
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements
Academic Background & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems, or related field
Relevant certifications are highly preferred:
Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE, Azure)
Cisco (CCNA, CCNP)
VMware (VCP)
CompTIA Network+/Security+
Required Qualifications: Experience
Minimum 5–7 years in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Systems Administration
At least 2 years in a senior-level or Level 3 technical role
Experience in high-availability, security-driven technology environments
Previous experience in software or SaaS companies is a strong plus
Technical Background (IT Languages, Tools, Methodologies)
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture
Experience deploying and maintaining secure, scalable networks and systems
Ability to troubleshoot at all layers of the infrastructure stack—from connectivity to servers to cloud platforms
Skills And Competencies
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
