Public technology company is seeking a Director, Corporate FP&A responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Partners with executive leadership to deliver actionable insights, influence strategic decisions, and ensure financial rigor across the organization. Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Partner with executives to provide financial insights, scenario analyses, and recommendations. Oversee consolidated reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level presentations. Develop financial models supporting forecasting, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team; mentor and develop embedded analysts. Drive process improvement, automation, and consistency in financial reporting. Provide analytical support for corporate development and strategic initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA/CPA preferred. 12+ years progressive finance experience, including 5+ years leading FP&A teams. Proven executive partnership and influence capabilities. Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills; deep Excel and system proficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and financial storytelling abilities. Salary: $185-$225K, 25% bonus, plus equity.
