Join our dynamic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Lab team to lead the business adoption of next-generation PLM solutions for manufacturing engineering and execution. This role ensures seamless integration and user engagement with platforms like Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault 3DX, driving innovation and collaboration across engineering functions.

Responsibilities

Lead the business adoption strategy for new PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals. Oversee installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of PLM tools and environments. Manage version control and deployment of application releases, patches, and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in both custom and commercial PLM applications. Ensure scalability, performance, and cloud-readiness of PLM solutions, with a focus on inclusive user experience and accessibility.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in installation and setup of PLM tools Proven hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault 3DX PLM platforms Strong background in PLM tool installation, configuration, and cloud-based deployment (AWS preferred) Experience in deployment of patches and upgrades Experience in troubleshooting PLM and Engineering applications both custom and COTS applications Experience with Cloud infrastructure Ability to consider scalability and performance in solution development Demonstrated knowledge of AWS Cloud services, web services and web technologies Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and DevOps practices Demonstrated ability to support diverse teams and foster inclusive technology adoption
