Architect / Designer & Project Manager
with at least 7 years of full-time office experience and a minimum of a 4-year bachelor’s degree in architecture. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and enthusiastic self-motivator with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for design. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects and teams while ensuring high-quality design and technical execution. Lead and assist in all phases of a project, from Schematic Design to Construction Administration. Report directly to both Principals and collaborate closely with leadership on project strategy and execution. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams. Manage teams to produce detailed architectural drawings while coordinating with MEP and structural engineering consultants for a comprehensive set of construction documents. Prepare and oversee the production of Construction Documents for permitting. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality Architectural Drawings and maintain digital file organization. Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Revit, and other visualization software. Effectively communicate with consultants, clients, and internal team members to ensure project success. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in an architectural office. Proficiency in AutoCAD (5+ years) and Revit (4+ years) is required. Experience in managing multiple projects and leading teams. Experience in assembling Construction Documents for permitting. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion (preferred but not required). Strong ability to manage projects, collaborate with consultants, and meet deadlines. Collaborative and Flexible Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
