Senior Project Manager - Construction at STV. Leads the PM/CM Group in delivering construction projects with a focus on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Organize cross-functional activities and coordinate project work efforts for completion of project deliverables, schedule and budget. Direct development of proposals, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout for construction projects. Manage project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing. Participate in project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations for project selection. Plan project execution and develop the project manual. Collaborate with Senior Managers to schedule and monitor manpower against project budget/spending, including management of scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk elements to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility. Interact with the client on site and assist senior leaders in managing projects from initiation through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. Assist STV senior leaders in procuring work opportunities within the market sector. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of BIM, P6, Procore, or E-builder is a plus. Understand project contracts and scope of work; knowledge of LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE is a plus but not required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with project management tools and software; BIM, P6, Procore or E-builder is a plus. Formal project management training is preferred. Ability to manage projects from initiation to closeout and procure work opportunities within the market sector. Compensation
