STV STV is seeking a Project Manager for our PM/CM Group. Key Responsibilities

Organize cross‑functional activities and coordinate project work efforts to complete project deliverables, schedule, and budget. Manage and direct the development of proposals, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout for construction projects. Responsible for project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing. Participate in project‑specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations for successful project selection. Plan the complete project execution and develop the project manual. Work with Senior Managers to schedule and monitor manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance. Manage activities related to scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Senior member experience interacting with clients on site and assisting senior leaders in managing projects from initiation through post‑construction. Ability to procure work opportunities within the market sector. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E‑builder is a plus. LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE are a plus but not required. Formal project management training preferred. Good understanding of project contract terms and conditions and scope of work. Compensation
