We are seeking a proven General Manager to lead operations for a new location opening in Phoenix. This is a high-visibility store for one of the nation’s fastest-growing fast casual concepts — ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations, team management, and guest experience for the new flagship restaurant Hire, train, and develop a high-performing hourly and management team aligned with brand standards Manage financial performance, including labor, food cost, inventory, and full P&L accountability Ensure operational excellence in speed, quality, cleanliness, and safety Lead the store’s opening and stabilization period, maintaining consistency and execution excellence Collaborate with area leadership and corporate support teams to achieve key performance targets Ideal Background
3–5+ years of General Manager experience in fast casual or QSR (chicken, burger, sandwich, or similar brands preferred) Demonstrated success in high-volume operations ($2M+ in annual sales) Strong leadership, training, and people development experience Skilled in systems management, cost controls, and guest satisfaction metrics Proven ability to launch, stabilize, or turn around restaurant locations Employment details
