Role location: Brookfield Place, NYC (as applicable). This position reports to the AVP, Brand Strategy, Saks Global.
What You Will Do Brand Vision, Purpose & Positioning: Develop and execute brand vision, purpose, and positioning for Saks, Neiman Marcus, or Bergdorf Goodman; ensure consistency across all channels.
Brand Messaging: Collaborate with senior leaders to refine brand messaging aligned with each brand’s identity, values, and opportunities.
Cross-Channel Consistency: Ensure brand positioning is reflected in internal and external communications, campaigns, and touchpoints.
Brand Strategy Implementation: Lead integrated brand strategies to drive customer engagement, awareness, and loyalty; work with cross-functional teams on seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Creative Briefs & Alignment: Develop creative briefs and ensure campaigns align with overall business and brand strategy.
Market Insights: Gather and analyze consumer and market insights to inform strategy; track trends and competitive activity to keep branding forward-thinking.
Cross-Functional Program Execution: Lead cross-functional programs to elevate brand presence; coordinate efforts across departments; manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
Reporting & Performance: Track metrics (brand awareness, engagement, ROI); prepare leadership-ready performance reports and recommendations.
What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related field; luxury retail or fashion preferred.
Experience leading brand strategies across channels (digital, social, in-store).
Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with senior leadership.
Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data to inform strategy.
Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Passion for luxury retail and understanding of Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman customer base.
Preferred Qualifications Experience crafting insight-driven creative briefs and managing creative outputs.
Comfortable working up to 4 days/week in our Brookfield Place, NYC offices.
