The Senior Manager of Financial Performance for North America is responsible for internal and external financial modelling, analytics and reporting for one of the largest regions of the business. Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

Lead and shape the strategic financial planning process for the region’s brands, aligning resources behind key priorities

Ensure financial plans and investments are fully aligned with the core strategic choices of the business

Serve as the finance lead for Integrated Annual Planning (IAP), budgeting, dynamic planning, and forecasting, driving continuous improvements in planning effectiveness to elevate the planning process

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary finance partner to Commercial Finance, Marketing, and Distributor Partners

Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling stories that influence senior leadership decisions

Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to share best practices and implement scalable solutions that improve local performance

Analytical Excellence & Scenario Planning

Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making in a rapidly changing environment

Consistently analyze investment effectiveness and efficiency, leading the marketing & events (M&E) finance process and defining the right KPIs to measure ROI

Develop deep knowledge of external market dynamics to ensure alignment with both the “Play to Win” and “Best 10” long-term strategies

Process Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes, reducing manual work and increasing accuracy and speed of reporting

Partner with Technology teams to leverage digital tools and data platforms for enhanced planning, reporting, and performance tracking

Champion the adoption of innovative solutions to improve forecasting, analysis, and decision support

Governance & Alignment Ensure compliance with global guidelines, initiatives, and financial governance standards, fostering transparency and alignment across the region.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred

7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally CPG focused

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial and non-financial data to uncover insights

Advanced analytical skills, including scenario planning and ROI modeling

Effective storytelling, able to translate complex ideas into clear recommendations using data visualization

Problem-solving mindset with proven ability to identify root causes and create actionable solutions

Technical expertise: Advanced Excel (modeling, automation) and PowerPoint (high-impact presentations)

Process-focused with an understanding of end-to-end business processes and their financial impacts

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
