Workforce Consultant focused on the Design + Building Industries Electrical Engineer (1–3 Years of Experience) Are you ready to help power the future of sustainable buildings? As an Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience, you’ll contribute to innovative design solutions that make a real impact across education, workplace, and institutional environments. You’ll work alongside passionate engineers and project partners who believe that great ideas come from open collaboration and shared purpose. Key Responsibilities Design and document building electrical systems—including power, lighting, and technology—for diverse project types. Contribute to building electrification and decarbonization initiatives that move the industry forward. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients from concept through construction. Develop design models and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. Participate in field assessments, system analyses, and code compliance reviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required). 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or building systems design. Proficiency with Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience designing power distribution and lighting for commercial or institutional buildings.
