Senior BCBA

is the senior leader and mentor for BCBAs at MeBe Learning Centers, focusing on sharing expertise, shaping future leaders, and ensuring top-quality clinical care while keeping the learning process engaging and fun. You’ll review clinical programming, refine assessment documentation, and provide support as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills. A valid BCBA certification and a passion for mentorship and professional development are required. Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Host tours for prospective families Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload Supervise mid-level supervisors in compliance with funding source guidelines Engage in quality assurance activities, including treatment plan reviews, program creation and execution, session note reviews, quality assurance checks for ABA supervisors, and ensuring minimum requirements are met (RBT supervision, parent training, case supervision) Train new BCBAs and provide 5% supervision while new hires are awaiting credentialing Provide clinical consultation/mentorship to all BCBAs Hold monthly 1:1 meetings focusing on clinical skills Provide clinical consults quarterly (overlaps) as needed Oversee clinical processes under direction of Site Director Cover BTSS duties when needed; manage ABA School Readiness Program Interview, train, and monitor the clinical quality of Floaters Oversee case transitions to ensure quality cases for new supervisors Manage Social Groups and Social Group Leaders (SGLs) Escalate any clinical concerns after coaching to the Site Director Assist in performance reviews in collaboration with Site Director Collaborate with Training Department to mentor MeBe candidates Hold disciplinary meetings for Behavior Technicians as assigned Listed as primary supervisor on RBT accounts via BACB website; complete necessary RBT renewals Meet billable hour requirements as determined by Site leadership, typically in the range of 20–27 hours per week depending on site and modality Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB Minimum of 3 years post-certification experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to pass a background criminal investigation Benefits
