We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our Direct Mail marketing team. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in optimizing and analyzing direct-to-consumer mail campaigns across multiple brands and product lines. This individual will be responsible for managing targeting data, analyzing performance, developing forecasting models, tracking and reporting, and identifying opportunities to optimize the effectiveness of mail campaigns. Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including response rates, geographic trends, and other key performance indicators Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including audience segmentation, creative performance, and other factors to identify areas for improvement Utilize statistical methods to segment data and optimize targeting strategies for future campaigns Develop predictive models for performance based on targeting data, including deciles, geographic tiers, and other performance variables Manage and update weekly and monthly projections/forecasts based on current results and trendlines Assist in budget tracking and ensure campaigns are executed within budget parameters and correctly allocated Liaise with external agency vendors and data providers to analyze and validate performance data Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, analytics, or a similar quantitative role Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Clear communication and collaboration across internal/external teams Ability to manage multiple projections and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Preferred Qualifications
Experience with direct mail or offline marketing channels is preferred but not required Compensation And Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 USD per year. This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus program. Base salaries may vary based on location, competencies, education, experience, performance, and other factors in accordance with pay transparency legislation.
