Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established nonprofit located in Washington, DC to find an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple executive Principals. This is a temporary position, expected to start as soon as possible, with a duration through the end of November 2025. We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to a C-suite executive, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses on behalf of the executive
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Coordinate internal and external communications and liaise with key stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with special projects and other duties as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting C-level executives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in nonprofit environments is a plus
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
