Overview

Remote position. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Beacon Hill. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Job Duties

Manage and execute complex billing arrangements for attorneys and clients, ensuring alignment with firm policies, alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), and client billing guidelines. Prepare and reconcile monthly billing reports using Elite, Excel, and other tools; audit invoices for accuracy and ensure timely resolution of outstanding receivables. Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and e-billing vendors to coordinate the setup and maintenance of electronic invoicing systems. Respond to inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies by researching client charges, refining invoice processes, and updating master billing files. Assist attorneys and staff with Elite software and billing procedures; complete special billing projects and ad hoc analyses as needed. Monitor and follow up on noncurrent unbilled time/costs and document billing processes and special arrangements. Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute. Minimum of 3 years' billing/accounting experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Advanced knowledge of Elite 3e software. Familiarity with major eBilling systems (e.g., CounselLink, Tymetrix 360, Legal Tracker) and ability to resolve related issues. Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present complex financial data. REMOTE position Equal Opportunity and Additional Information
