We’re working with a global fashion partner seeking a Sales Director to spearhead growth across its off-price women’s apparel business. This is a fast-paced, commercially driven role for a sales leader who knows the off-price space and knows how to win.
You’ll be responsible for expanding key relationships, identifying new categories, and leading strategy across a critical growth channel. With full access to a vertically integrated supply chain and strong support across design and sourcing, you’ll have the tools and autonomy to drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do
Lead and expand sales across women’s off-price retail — identifying new opportunities and maximizing value within existing accounts.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with customer expectations, margin goals, and supply chain timelines.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with retail buyers and merchandising teams. Be the go-to partner who understands their business and delivers solutions.
Work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to build and deliver trend-right assortments tailored to the off-price model.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitive shifts, and retailer needs — using data and intuition to drive smart decisions.
What You Bring
Senior-level sales experience in women’s apparel within the off-price retail landscape
Strong U.S. retail relationships existing off-price buyer connections
Proven success in driving sales and account growth
Deep understanding of private label, margin strategy, and value-driven assortments
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical and results-oriented with strong Excel proficiency
Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to lead internal cross-functional teams
