We’re looking for a

people-first, results-driven Digital Growth Strategist

to join our fast-growing team. This client-facing role blends

SEO, digital PR, and growth marketing

to help brands scale visibility, credibility, and measurable performance. This is a hybrid role where we would be wanting you to be in the office 3 to 4 days a week at our state-of-the-art 3 acre office campus. You’ll be a

strategic partner to clients , managing omnichannel marketing campaigns, presenting fresh ideas, and ensuring flawless execution. We need someone who can

think quickly on their feet, prioritize effectively, and find solutions

that drive real growth. If you’re a

Responsibilities

Develop and execute branding and omnichannel marketing strategies that align with client goals. Guide paid media and search strategies (SEO, PPC, social advertising) to maximize engagement and ROI. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a strategic partner in their success. Coordinate content development efforts, delegating tasks across teams for seamless execution. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, dive into data, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget. Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to evolving digital marketing and branding innovations. Actively contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table. What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience

in digital marketing, SEO, PR, or growth roles. Proven success in

client-facing strategy and account management . Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to

manage multiple clients/projects

with ease. Proficiency in

SEO tools and campaign management platforms

(ClickUp, Ahrefs, Moz, GA, GSC). A

problem-solver

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to challenges. A

team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
