Actively prospect, identify, and close high-value opportunities across diverse industries. Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with strategic customers through proactive engagement. Execute regional sales plans that align with company objectives, targeting long-term growth and increased market share within the territory. Build and maintain lasting partnerships by understanding client needs, addressing challenges, and identifying new areas of value. Partner with marketing, applications, and support teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategy and overall customer experience. Oversee and support channel partners as needed to maximize regional reach and effectiveness. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a strong competitive edge. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or scientific field preferred. MUST reside
near a major airport in the assigned position territory:
Texas, Utah, or Arizona . 7–10 years of experience in local sales account management. Proven track record in technical solution selling; electronics/sensors industry a plus. Consistent achievement of sales targets and development of strategic accounts. Ability to translate complex technical products into customer value. Skilled in sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and CRM tools. Knowledge of market analysis and go-to-market strategy development. Demonstrated leadership and initiative in driving business objectives. Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven success in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships. Benefits
