Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to lead and grow their client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in staffing sales, leadership experience, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive New Business Development: Lead sales initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities within the staffing industry.

Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving sales efforts, upselling services, and maximizing account profitability.

As the role grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a team of sales and account management professionals. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to senior management. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales pipelines.

Uncapped commission structure
