Sr. Technical Recruiter at firstPro, Inc. We are seeking a Network & Security Engineer for a 6+ month contract role supporting a large-scale enterprise migration program. This role is critical in enabling secure, seamless connectivity for users across multiple domains during and after migration. The engineer will specialize in Zscaler technologies, Azure networking, and end-user access validation, ensuring both infrastructure and user experience meet program readiness standards. Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) policies. Support Azure networking solutions to enable cross-domain connectivity and enterprise migrations. Conduct M365 tenant migration testing and validation. Implement and validate SAML/SSO authentication for secure access. Perform cross-domain resource access testing to ensure seamless user experience post-migration. Apply ITIL principles for incident, change, and problem management. Work with ServiceNow for tracking, reporting, and documentation of activities. Produce detailed technical documentation to support program readiness and knowledge transfer. Qualifications
Proven experience with Zscaler (ZPA/ZIA) implementation and support. Strong knowledge of Azure networking and enterprise-scale migrations. Hands-on experience with SAML/SSO authentication and access testing. Background in M365 tenant migrations and resource access validation. Familiarity with ITIL practices and use of ServiceNow. Strong documentation and communication skills. 6+ month contract with potential extension. WFH / Remote role but preferred if candidates are commutable to Wilmington, DE. Standard business hours.
