Partner with the DHS Account Lead to pursue all sales efforts within the assigned territory Identify prospects, generate leads, conduct solution calls, advance the sales cycle, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, forecast, and close deals Drive incremental revenue for Federal product lines and buyer personas Grow revenue through net new customer acquisition and expansion within the current DHS account base Develop territory and account plans to drive usage of the Qualtrics platform across DHS Engage with multiple buyers in the Federal vertical, serving as a trusted advisor Prospect and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing Meet quarterly and annual sales targets and collaborate with partners to elevate XM adoption Qualifications
15+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to the Federal sector Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in Federal sales Executive-level impact experience with clients and partners Strong knowledge of Federal procurement processes and regulations Familiarity with Federal government security standards and policies Experience building relationships with Federal contractors Experience responding to and winning competitive RFx solicitations Existing relationships within DHS and DOJ are preferred Willingness to travel and be client facing about 50% of the time Based in the Washington, DC, Maryland, Northern-Virginia (DMV) area What You’ll Grow

Be part of the Qualtrics DHS team Develop territory and account plans to drive usage of the Qualtrics platform across DHS Become a trusted advisor to buyers in the Federal vertical Engage with clients throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, onsite presentations, and contracting through close Drive net new revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expanding current accounts Meet quarterly and annual sales targets Be a thought leader and customer advocate to elevate XM adoption Collaborate with Qualtrics ecosystem resources and partners to develop strategic opportunities What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
15+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to the Federal government Track record of achieving targets within Federal sales Executive-level impact with clients and partners Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes Knowledge of Federal security standards and policies Experience building relationships with Federal contractors Experience responding to and winning RFx solicitations Existing relationships within DHS and DOJ preferred Team and Culture
