Overview
Base pay range: $250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and meaningful equity participation.

Key responsibilities
Lead all financial operations for a $15-18M EBITDA business serving industrial clients across multiple regions.
Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support rapid growth and margin expansion.
Oversee integration of add-on acquisitions and optimize performance across field-based, labor-intensive service operations.
Partner closely with the CEO, private equity sponsor, and Board of Directors to drive financial transparency and alignment with investor goals.
Transition from an interim CFO structure to a permanent, institutional-grade finance function.
Lead the vetting and implementation of a new ERP system, upgrading from QuickBooks to a scalable platform.

Required. Experience working within PE-backed businesses, including direct Board interaction
Exit Experience:
Preferable to have demonstrated success preparing and leading a business through a liquidity event or recapitalization
M&A:
Proven ability to evaluate, diligence, execute, and integrate add-on acquisitions
ERP:
Experience leading a finance systems upgrade or full ERP implementation
