Responsibilities

Manage and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.

Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans.

Lead family and caregiver training to empower long-term success.

Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.

Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $85,000 – $95,000 with quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually.
