is working with our client in

San Antonio, Texas

to hire Customer Service Representatives for their facility. This is an in-person/on-site role.

Type:

Contract - with possible extension/direct -hire

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8a-5p

Pay Range:

$18-$19.05/hour - based on experience

Responsibilities Include:

Ability to work with a call schedule to accomplish end goal of setting patients up for preventative health screenings

Must be able to handle a high-volume of calls (50+/day)

Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements Include:

HS Diploma or GED

Strong computer experience/knowledge

Medical terminology and EMR experience strongly preferred

Experience with patient scheduling preferred

Pay Details:

$18.00 to $19.05 per hour
