Position Overview
We are a California-based Lemon Law firm seeking an Intake Attorney to join our team. The Intake Attorney will be responsible for managing incoming client inquiries, assessing potential cases, and providing legal guidance to clients. 

As the first point of contact for the firm, you will be responsible for screening potential clients, gathering information, assessing the viability of their case, and ultimately aiming to convert leads into paying clients. The ideal candidate will have a sales background and enjoy phone consultations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client consultations to assess legal needs and determine eligibility for services.
  • Review and analyze documents related to potential cases and advise clients accordingly.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law.
  • Lemon law experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience in client consultation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
