What You’ll Do

As our Office Receptionist, you’ll be the go-to person for daily operations and agent support. From greeting clients to keeping our events and trainings on track, you’ll help make Twin Oaks a place where both agents and clients feel supported and valued.

Office Support

• Unlock/lock the office and set out the Twin Oaks sign daily • Check mail and deliver to mail slots • Answer phones and route calls with professionalism • Maintain office spaces: tidy common areas, wash dishes, clear refrigerators • Order and replenish supplies as needed

Agent Support

• Assist with printer, tech, and account questions • Moderate Slack and ensure smooth communication • Manage open house sign inventory and distribution • Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks • Process checks as they come in and notify agents • Support agent invoicing and light admin tasks

Training & Event Support

• Greet agents at in-person trainings and take attendance • Ensure guest speakers are set up and workshops are recorded • Tidy and reset the office before/after sessions • Help organize events, arrange food orders, and “hype” agents to participate • Contribute to a fun, engaging company culture

Bonus Skills

• An interest in social media and content creation is a plus Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in reception, admin, or customer service • Polished, professional, and approachable communication style • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Proactive and dependable with a “can-do” attitude • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); CRM experience is a plus Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
