Office Operations Manager — Real Estate Brokerage (Contract-to-Hire) Compensation:

Required The Role
Join a growing real estate services brokerage as the central hub for day-to-day office operations, agent support, and multi-site coordination. You’ll keep several local branch offices running smoothly, partner closely with leadership, and be the go-to resource for agents on processes, technology, and compliance. What You’ll Do
Multi-Site Operations:
Oversee daily office routines and standards across several nearby branches; ensure workstations, kitchens, and common areas are stocked and presentable; coordinate facilities needs (e.g., vendor visits for maintenance issues such as plumbing/electrical). Scheduling & Communications:
Maintain office and training calendars; coordinate internal meetings, trainings, and recurring sales activities; distribute announcements and updates to agents and staff. Event Logistics:
Plan and execute periodic office gatherings (e.g., team celebrations, networking mixers) and recurring market activities (e.g., monthly broker/open-tour style events). Agent Onboarding & Records:
Guide new agents through brokerage onboarding and compliance steps, including association/MLS enrollment, brand setup, and required documentation; maintain agent files and licensing records. Compliance Tracking:
Monitor continuing education / pre-licensing deadlines; notify agents of upcoming expirations and facilitate renewals as needed. Marketing & Materials:
Coordinate brand assets and collateral (e.g., business cards, signage components); process agent marketing reimbursements in line with company policy and submit to accounting. Transaction/Admin Systems:
Support agents with brokerage platforms (transaction management, CRM/marketing automation, MLS, and related tools); process listing/contract/lease files in the firm’s transaction system; answer “how-to” questions and provide basic troubleshooting. Technology Support (Tier 1):
Serve as first point of contact for everyday tech needs; set up basic peripherals and drivers; escalate complex IT issues to the appropriate resource. Access & Logistics:
Manage building credentials and parking passes for assigned offices; liaise with property management and vendors. What You Bring
Experience:
3+ years managing office operations in a real estate brokerage or closely related environment. Communication:
Clear, professional written and verbal communication with a service mindset. People & Time Management:
Proven ability to support a large agent population, juggle priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-site setting. Tech Proficiency:
Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning brokerage platforms (transaction management, CRM/marketing, MLS, e-signature). Nice to Have
Familiarity with regional Realtor associations/MLS enrollment processes. Experience coordinating office events and vendor relationships. Basic aptitude for desktop/printer setup and troubleshooting.
