Lead the team to provide fast, accurate services while maintaining the highest standards of product quality. Resolve customer issues effectively and enhance the overall dining experience. Financial Management:
Develop and execute the restaurant's annual operating plan. Continuously analyze sales, labor, and inventory to meet profit margin targets. Operational Excellence:
Ensure compliance with company standards for facilities and equipment. Monitor daily operations and address any challenges that may impact service speed and quality. Human Resources Management:
Oversee all restaurant-level hiring, training, and performance management activities. Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company values and regulations. Success Metrics: Achievement of annual operating plan and financial targets. Improvement in restaurant performance metrics. Staff turnover rates and employee satisfaction scores. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and drive financial results.
