Supervising food safety procedures and operational processes
Managing financial performance to achieve profit margins
Recruiting, training, and building a motivated team

Drive the restaurant's annual operating plan while analyzing sales and operational metrics to achieve financial targets. Operations:
Maintain equipment standards, monitor food preparation processes, and enhance service speed metrics. Human Resources:
Oversee all HR activities, from hiring to performance management, and foster a fair workplace environment.
